Whizzer &
Three Quarter Nelson

When your opponent gets in on either a Single or a Double you can
Over-Hook and create Whizzer pressure. over hook the attack arm
hip in and drive pressure downward onto his trapped arm’s shoulder.

Three Quarter Nelson

With the opponent’s shot blocked and a Whizzer arm applied. Pressure
downward with your free hand onto the head palm down. Reach up with
the Whizzer arm and place that hand palm down onto of your other hand.
You now have applied a 3/4 Nelson which exerts tremendous pressure.
Keep coming around away from his extended arm and reach up and tug
the hips down once you have dropped his neck to the mat. Keep coming
around with your weight on and settle into a Reverse Half Nelson.
