Two on One Tilt Series

From the Bump to a Tight-Waist Breakdown position with a two-on-one
secured on the chopped arm, ride your opponent’s hips up on to your
thigh pinching and controlling his hips with your thigh and back knee
pressuring inward. Use your two-on-one as a lever, tugging him over
on to his back by pulling at the wrist side of the two-on-one, As you turn
the man towards his back continue jamming your bottom knee upward
and now use your back leg to jack him up by hooking your instep behind
the crook of his far knee. Continue pressuring with your bottom knee and
thigh, constantly adjusting to cradle his hips, offsetting his hip power.
Continue to use the two-on-one trapped arm as a lever, steering your
opponents torso in the opposite direction that he is trying to fight towards.
