When the opponent shoots and you have him blocked, over-hook
and pressure a Whizzer, push and trap the head between the
knees, hook and lock the outside knee while also stepping in and
hooking the inside knee with your near leg (stay knee joint deep
with your leg hook and elbow deep with your arm lock on the leg).
Now rollback pressuring upward on the back of your opponents
neck with your hip flexor. Plant your free leg for support and settle
with your hip flexed off the mat to maintain inward pressure on the
opponent.
