* Sit Back
to a Cut Out
A good sit
back gives you the same type of pressure back into your opponent as a stand up.
While continuing to pressure back into your opponent - look to cut out and
escape. Post his
wrist downward using a two on one grip. Raise up with the arm on the opposite
side of the
wrist post - in a downward corkscrewing motion, while continuing to pressure
back pivot
inward and face your opponent. Immediately readying yourself in a stance to
defend or attack.
Turn In
Swish your
ankle to the side, sit back into your opponent, gaining wrist
control. If space is created by the opponent riding loosely, turn down on
your non wrist control side elbow as a post, continue with wrist control
and turn all the way under the wrist controlled arm - dropping your head
under and coming out the back side. Immediately come behind the opponent
securing hip control for the reversal.
