Set Ups - Head Snaps,
Push & Pulls

Using your Back Leg Arm as the antagonist You can safely reach with
|er use to create a pushing or pulling movement that will dictate a
reaction and allow you a clear shot to your opponents legs. The Lead
Leg Arm must always continue to protect the Lead Leg, keeping the
elbow in.

Your opponents reaction to a wrist pull can be the perfect set up to
a Double or Single Leg.

Your opponents reaction to a Head Snap can be the perfect set
up for a double or single Leg shot. - Snap the Head and the man
will rear back, with your back leg set to spring a penetration shot
you pull the trigger as you release the snap letting his head come
upward and creating an avenue of attack.

A quick snap also sets you up for your arm drag, Snaps
performed correctly can open up all kinds of offensive shots.
