After you block your opponent’s shot with a block and snap
down, maintain weight on with your chest. When the opponent
goes to rear upwards let him come up while changing your
snap arm to a cross face, bring the cross face up against him
in an upward whipping motion while you maintain a Whizzer
Hook on the far side. Once you’ve dropped him towards his
back, sit your hips through, pulling up on the Over-Hooked arm
and tighten the grip and the applying all of your weight on the
opponent.
