Hand Fighting

Another key component for a successful attack is the ability to
clear your opponents arms. This is called the battle of Hand
Fighting. Using two on one and single grip tactics you can
create movement and dictate your opponents movement
looking for arm drags and arm clears. While at the same
time remembering the battle of Head Position and Stance
position. Use Hand Fighting grips to move and set your
opponent. Creating offensive angles, utilizing Hand Fighting,
Head Positioning and maintaining Stance.
