The Half Nelson can be slipped in behind the neck when the
opponent is broken down flat. Snake your palm in behind the
opponent’s neck. With your weight on come out to the side
and run your pressure into the man as you slip the half nelson
deeper and deeper around the neck. As you are turning the
opponent on to his back the Half Nelson should become
elbow deep.. Keep the weight off your knees and totally onto
your opponent. Head up and butt down for maximal pressure.
