Fight Off Double Leg

To defend off a double leg shot square of and sprawl as the opponent
begins penetration. Get your weight on and maintain pressure back in
on the opponent - stop his hip power by getting his body extended and
his head down. Once you have pressure on and his head down walk
your legs back to break his grip, reach down or across to push down
or drag his arm, with chest pressure on his back and his attack arm
cleared, spin behind and score control.
