Double Leg
Penetration Attacks

The key to a successful penetration shot is covering distance -
shooting through your opponents legs. You must aim to shoot
thee-times the distance of where your opponents legs are at
the start of your shot. Your target is fluid not stationary - your
opponents legs will be sprawling as you come in thus
you must be set to cover the distance it will take to secure control.

Remember to set yourself with weight on the back foot, back leg
is cocked and loaded ready to spring. Shift your weight step up
and penetrate forward with your lead leg knee hitting the mat and
your push leg then sliding forward - keeping the momentum and
the penetration going the distance required to gain control. Go
all the way or do not go at all, there is nothing more ugly or painful
then taking a half shot

This Head in The Gut Animalistic Double requires deep penetration
and secure hooks behind the opponent’s knees. As you continue
driving with the head in the abdomen, also pull the knee hooks
inward, dropping the opponent as you penetrate through..

Head Outside - as you penetrate in through the legs slip the
head to the outside, secure the opponents

Lift & Dump Away From the Head

Sweep & Collapse Far Knee - Rotation Double - Penetrate with a
step in for a Double Leg locking at the thighs with your head to the
outside, begin rotating around your opponent while collapsing the
opponent’s far knee as you turn the corner. You can sweep a double
as in the Single Leg Sweep, by using Hi-Leg momentum and by
hooking the far knee while sweeping and collapsing the far knee as
you drive your opponent in a circular motion.
