Counter Stand-Up

When a man comes up with a Stand Up stay with his hips.
Get a lock as soon as your opponent leaves his knees,
preferably including an arm of his trapped in the lock, such
as a two-on-one controlled arm. If you maintain superior
hip position (having your hips in tight and positioned
slightly below the opponent’s hips you’ll have maximum
lift power). you can pop him just enough to sweep is near
foot out and return him back to the mat in a laid out and
controlled position.
