Tight waist and chop the both the opponent’s near arm
and
near thigh rolling him on to your thigh - then immediately
come forward with your rear knee driving through your
opponents hips, knocking him forward as you tighten a two
on one lever grip to the arm of the opponent which you
chopped inward. Once you have laid the opponent out with
the rear knee follow through, transition your weight off your
knees and pressure all of your weight on to your opponents
back as you continue to hold his chopped arm in a two-on-one
trapped position.
