Bone to Bone

The Bone to Bone series is a single arm wrist control which
also place the weight of your forearm against the
immobilized arm. With your opponent broken down flat reach
up and pull in your opponent’s wrist as you pull the wrist
inward and place the weight of your forearm onto the trapped
arm you can safely come out to the side while maintaining
weight-on pressure.

Turning Options include, hopping to your knees and pulling the
wrist upward which forces the opponent to turn inward. As he
does slip in a deep Half Nelson and pressure the body weight
back on.

Other Angle

You can also come out to the side and slip a Bar Arm in as the
wrist locked hand releases and goes to a Half Nelson - Turning
your opponent now with a tight Bar & Half combination.
