With the opponent broken down and wrist control on the trapped
arm, peel back the opponent’s free arm and slip a bar arm in at
his elbow, as you start to run the bar arm release the wrist and
post with your far arm palm down on the mat, driving the elbow
of that arm into your opponents back. Begin driving the bar
coming out front and driving your bar arm elbow to your
opponent’s ear. Settle with your weight on and maintain back
point pressure.
